Abstract: "This record book served as the bank’s Company Minutes since 1935 until 1968. Some interesting facts from the Minutes: (1) Pre-war, there were only two banking products offered: 1) current account facilities and 2) overdrafts; (2)The average loan size approved in 1935 was about $10,000 with the highest at $30,000 (3)Yeap Chor Ee attended every single Board Meeting since incorporation until his death in 1952. His last board meeting was on Thurs 24 Sept 1 month’s salary to the staff." - Notes from donor
