Abstract	MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT made the 6th day of September, 1963 Between SINGER SEWING MACHINE COMPANY, a Company incorporated under the laws of the State of New Jersey in the United States of America and having an Office situate at Shaw House, Orchard Road, Singapore of the one part and Mdm. Yeh Ching of 4 Starlight Terrace, Singapore of the other part. 1. The Hirer shall pay to the Owners at the time the Hirer signs this Agreement the sum of Dollars Fifteen Only cash in consideration of the option to purchase hereby granted, and thereafter shall punctually pay to the Owners at its shop at 291 Serangoon Road, Singapore 8 by way oh hire-rent for the Property the sum of Dollars Fifteen Only on 7th of each Month the first of such payments to be made on MOnday, the 7th day of October, 1963 until the total of such payments, together with the payment made for the option to purchase shall amount in the aggregate to Dollars Five Hundred and Twenty Five Only.
